About PropertyGeo

PropertyGeo is a free daily game for anyone who scrolls property listings for fun, owns a home, rents one, or just likes maps. Five clues a day, about two minutes to play, and a new game every midnight.

Why we made it

Most people have a gut feeling about what homes cost where. PropertyGeo puts that to the test with real numbers. You'll learn where prices have soared, where they've fallen, where rents are rising fastest, and some genuinely odd facts about British homes along the way.

Who's behind it

PropertyGeo is made in North Wales by Landlord's Corner, a set of practical tools that help UK landlords stay safe, compliant and organised. We're landlords ourselves, and we wanted to make something fun that shows how varied the UK property market really is.

How we check the facts

Every clue is built from open data: HM Land Registry, the Office for National Statistics and GOV.UK. Every Mad Fact is checked against a published source before it goes in the game. We never show house numbers. Where a clue is about a single home, we pin the area, not the address. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we'll fix it.

Is it free?

Yes. PropertyGeo is free to play and you don't need an account. To keep it free we may show a small number of clearly labelled adverts or sponsor messages, never over the map and never while you're placing a pin.
